One of the most prominent and successful entrepreneurs in Eastern Europe, Radu founded GECAD in 1992. He principally focuses on identifying and on-boarding new investment opportunities, as well as promoting entrepreneurship in the new generation of young technology innovators.

With many decades of international management experience, Diwaker’s business experience spans across a diversity of sectors. He works closely with portfolio companies by helping them optimize their business potential.

Adriana has been a part of the team for over 15 years, and is managing Gecad Ventures’ business operations and investor relationships.

With proven general counseling experience in business environment (corporate law, M&A, intellectual property, labour law, etc.), Mădălina oversees all transaction management from a legal perspective and advise on all related matters.
