Assistant Manager

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational and social skills, being details’ oriented and multi-tasking person.

Besides, you should also:

  • speak English;
  • be computer literate;
  • hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience;
  • and most important to be proactive.

You will be in charge of our front desk activity and other administrative tasks such as:

  • Answer and direct phone calls;
  • Organize and schedule appointments;
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
  • Order office supplies;
  • Maintain contact lists;
  • Book travel arrangements;
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external partners;
  • Assisting the team in the daily activity;
  • Basic marketing activities.
